At NewbornWholesale.Online, we are committed to providing high-quality wholesale products. Since we deal in bulk quantities, we follow a professional return and refund policy to ensure a fair experience for all our business partners.
1. Reporting Damages or Defects
If you receive any product that is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Proof Required: Clear photos or an Unboxing Video of the damaged products must be shared via Email or WhatsApp. Without a proper unboxing video, claims for missing or damaged items may not be processed.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong size or wrong item), we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return/replacement, the item must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Have all tags and labels intact.
4. Non-Returnable Items
As we are a wholesale platform, we cannot accept returns for:
- “Change of mind” after the order has been shipped.
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Products sold during Clearance or Flash Sales.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit for your next order within 7-10 working days.
6. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost.
- For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
